Olamide says in a recent interview, “The word ‘boss’ doesn’t exist in my dictionary.”
In a resurfaced interview that has drawn notice from fans, renowned rapper and YBNL CEO Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, often known as Olamide, stressed his viewpoint on leadership above a boss attitude.
Olamide stated that he feels that the term “boss” is incompatible with his ideals since he views everyone around him as brothers and sisters rather than as subordinates in the interview that was rediscovered online on Monday, March 18, 2024. “The word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary, cause I see everybody around me like brothers. my sisters and all that it is not about me being a boss but a leader, the role of a leader is to lead so that other people can move ahead and progress in life,” Olamide remarked during the interview.
