Victony once said, “If I wasn’t singing, I would have been an actor.”
Afrobeat musician Victony stated that if he hadn’t followed his musical dreams, he most likely would have ended up as an actor.
Anthony Victor, a Nigerian artist better known by his stage name Victony, has revealed his alternate career route. The singer stated that if he hadn’t chosen to become a musician, he would have gone for a career in film. He acknowledged that he wasn’t very good at acting, but he still said he was open to trying.
He was questioned about his alternate job option during his MTV Base interview in case music hadn’t worked out so well. “If I wasn’t an artist, I would have been acting,” the afrobeat musician declared. I can try, but I’m not sure how to act.

The creator behind the 13 voices featured in Ohema stated that his father served as his fashion inspiration. He said, “My look is basically a reflection of who I am; my background, my story, and my whole person”. He was asked which three music collections he would like to have if stranded on an Island. He said “LTG by Fireboy, Beauty Behind the Madness, Good Kid Mad City by Kendrick Lamar”.
Victony dropped a new single where he sampled the song Sunflower from the Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse soundtrack by American singers Post Malone and Swae Lee. The track is titled Everything and it was released on February 9, 2024.
